We offer international and local shipping from Bulgaria.
1. Shipping Time
- Bulgaria & EU: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
2. Delivery Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered for qualifying orders or during promotional periods.
3. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Please contact us if your parcel is delayed more than 14 days. We will assist in tracking or replacing the item if necessary.
