Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order.
If something isn’t right, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Window
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
